Stabilo Pencils from Germany: now come in 3 colors: Black, Blue, and White.

Stabilo Pencils are valued for their writing ability on porcelain - smooth and with a fine line, as the Stabilo Pencils can be sharpened with any pencil sharpener to the size of point that you need. No crumbling - they make a nice, smooth line which will fire off in the kiln and leave no mark on the porcelain.

Black is the normal Stabilo for most sketching, etc. The Blue is used for enamel and raised paste designing. The White is used when you have a dark surface or paint to design over.

The difference between the Black 8046 and the Black 8008, is that the 8046 is a softer graphite and can mark easier. It is our newest one. If you have ordered the Black Stabilo before now, it was the Black 8008 which is a harder graphite - which some prefer.
